These terms explain the rules for using MealPlanPartner, including recipe imports, AI-assisted features, household sharing, subscriptions and Magic Imports.
MealPlanPartner is operated by STZRLabs ("we", "us" or "our"). By creating an account, downloading the app or using MealPlanPartner, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
MealPlanPartner helps users save recipes, import recipes, plan meals, generate shopping lists, manage household preferences, receive prep reminders and use optional AI-assisted recipe tools. Features may change as we improve the app.
You are responsible for keeping your account access secure and for activity that happens under your account. Please use accurate account information and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
If you create or join a household, some information may be shared with household members, such as recipes, plans, shopping lists, preferences and reminders. Only join households with people you trust, and avoid adding sensitive information you do not want household members to see.
You keep ownership of recipes, photos, notes, preferences and other content you add to MealPlanPartner. You give us permission to store, process, sync and display that content so we can provide the app features you choose to use.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to import or upload content. Please do not use MealPlanPartner to store or share unlawful, harmful or infringing material.
MealPlanPartner may use AI or extraction tools to import, scan, structure or generate recipes. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for your household. You must review generated or extracted recipes before cooking, saving or sharing them.
Always check ingredients, allergens, quantities, cooking temperatures, timings and method steps yourself. MealPlanPartner is a planning tool, not a professional cooking, nutrition, allergy or medical service.
Some features may require a subscription or consumable Magic Imports. Purchases are processed through the relevant app store. Billing, cancellation, refunds and purchase restoration are governed by the app store account and policies used for the purchase.
Magic Imports are consumable credits used for higher-cost AI or extraction actions. Where the app states that a failed charged attempt is eligible for an automatic token refund, we will attempt to return the relevant Magic Import credit to your app balance.
MealPlanPartner can help organise meal planning, but it cannot guarantee that recipes are safe, nutritionally appropriate, allergen-free or suitable for every person. You are responsible for checking all food, allergy, dietary and cooking information before using it.

We aim to keep MealPlanPartner reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, suspend, remove or change features, and we may suspend or end access if these terms are breached or if required for safety, security or legal reasons.
MealPlanPartner is provided for household meal planning support. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by reliance on inaccurate recipe content, AI output, user-generated content, third-party content, unavailable services or user cooking decisions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where local consumer laws give you mandatory rights that apply regardless of this clause.
